I also provide a free 1 year home warranty for all my clients, and I'm always available after the sale if needed.

Sellers also receive my full attention. I'm always available to address your concerns and questions. I'll attend and show your home on MLS tours, conduct open houses and advertise the property on the internet via numerous websites including but not limited to Realtor.com, Trulia, AOL, Google, Yahoo Real Estate and the Wall Street Journal. I can create virtual tours and advertise in the local papers. I have the capability to send your property flyers to over 600 agents in the Sierra Nevada Association of Realtors.
